a balanced stay
central location helpful staff clean room unclean toilets uncomfortable pillows dated room
the hotel is very central to all the shops. the train station is very near. staff were very helpful, i noticed. my room was clean and had a very nice view to the sea.
the poolside toilets were disgusting, every time i used them and hadn't been cleaned for ages. the main reception toilets were similar. I thought. pillows were not comfortable, they could be improved. rooms are very dated, i feel.

excellent location mountain view happy staff
The location is excellent for accessing shops and restaurants nearby. my room on the sixth floor had a mountain view and a wrap-around balcony. It was awesome. the cleaning staff were happy and great.
the pillows were not very comfortable!

an okay experience
central location comfortable beds dated rooms insufficient lifts
the hotel has a very central location a short walk gets you to shops bars restaurants and the train station. the public areas are comfortable the beds are comfortable too.
the rooms felt a little dated. there were not enough lifts for the size of the hotel it meant long wait times. all inclusive was not great i felt many things that should be included were not.

The hotel is very close to the train station, so getting around was super easy. the lift to the promenade is also a short walk. That's a big plus.
the hotel didn't have tea-making facilities in the rooms.

convenient parking beautiful view deep bathtub
i thought parking was convenient at 12€ each day. the views from my room terrace were beautiful. the deep bathtub was especially nice for a relaxing soak.
